This remodel will make your yard bigger and you will be able to put out more toys, attract more cats and get more fish. You should buy the expansion as quickly as possible. After the initial remodel you can remodel further, this doesn't expand your yard however, it just changes the style. No matter what style your yard is, they all have the same space for toys, there are no advantages to one model over another.
